Invenio Protocols  /  Specimens

No client names. Published work instead.

Engagements are confidential, so this site carries no client list. These three specimens were built as analytical showcases rather than client work, which is why they can be shown at all.

§ 01 Specimens

Three completed pieces of work.

Each was produced to the same protocol as client work: a defined boundary, every material claim graded, and a source trail behind each one.

Pre-diligence specimen Iomart Group What would a buyer need to understand about this business before approaching management? Published in full
Market entry memo Project Mehfil Is there a viable route into this market, and what would it cost to test it? Not published
M&A research pack Illustrative cybersecurity target What does a structured research pack on an acquisition target actually contain? Not published

§ 02 Publication

Why one is published in full and two are not.

The Iomart specimen is published whole. Its subject is a listed company and its sources are RNS filings, so a reader can verify the claims independently without contacting us. That is what turns a claim about method into evidence of it.

The other two are listed by subject and question only. Their subjects do not offer the same independent check, so publishing them in full would ask you to take our word for the workings — which is the opposite of the point.

The cybersecurity target is illustrative. It is not a real company, not an anonymised one, and no inference should be drawn about any business of that description.

§ 03 Intake

The specimen is the argument. The rest is a conversation.

If the work holds up, send a short outline of your mandate. An anonymised description is enough to begin.
