How we handle personal data.
Who we are
Invenio Protocols Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, CRO number 820409, at 24a Baggot Street Upper, Dublin, D04 N528. We are committed to protecting the professional data and privacy of our institutional partners and prospective clients, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information we collect
We collect professional information provided directly and voluntarily through our mandate intake form. This includes:
- Individual name and professional email address.
- Firm name and corporate entity classification, for example boutique M&A advisory or lower-mid-market fund.
- Qualitative mandate information regarding sector, geography, timing and the decision the output needs to support.
2. How we use your data
Information collected is used to assess mandate fit, scope a proposed engagement, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, trade or distribute your information to third parties, and we do not use submitted mandate data to train generic public models.
3. Retention and security
Data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure with access controls. We retain intake submissions only for as long as necessary to evaluate the request or maintain an ongoing client relationship.
4. Your GDPR rights
If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port or request erasure of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact deals@invenioprotocols.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
