Feasibility studies
A scoped commercial feasibility study for a decision that has not been made yet — a new market, a new product, a site, or an investment.
§ 01 Specification
What this engagement is, in fixed terms.
- Turnaround
- Scoped per engagement
- Delivered as
- PDF feasibility report, supporting workings, source-linked evidence register
- Core question
- Does this stand up commercially before we commit to it?
Built for Irish SME owners, directors and their advisors weighing a commitment that is difficult to reverse: entering a new market, launching a product line, taking on a site, or funding a capital project.
Unlike the transaction modules, feasibility work is scoped per engagement rather than fixed, because the question changes shape with the decision. What does not change is the method: a defined boundary, a graded evidence base, and an explicit account of what remains unknown.
§ 02 Scope
What you receive, what we need, and what this is not.
What you receive
A feasibility report covering demand evidence, market structure and competition, cost and pricing context, the operational and regulatory conditions that would have to hold, and the specific assumptions the case depends on.
Every material claim carries its evidence grade, so you can see which parts of the case rest on hard data and which rest on judgement. Assumptions are listed separately so they can be challenged one by one rather than discovered later inside a spreadsheet.
Typical use cases
Testing a new market before committing sales effort, sizing demand for a product that does not exist yet, assessing whether a site or capital project can carry its cost, or producing the commercial evidence base a lender or funder will expect.
What we need from you
The decision you are trying to make, the timeframe, whatever internal figures you already hold, and the constraints that are fixed rather than negotiable. Scope, deliverables and fee are agreed in writing before any work starts.
What this is not
Not legal advice, tax advice, regulated investment advice, accounting advice or valuation advice. It does not certify that a project will succeed. It sets out the commercial evidence, grades it, and states plainly where the evidence runs out.
§ 03 Intake
Request a feasibility study.
Describe the decision and the timeframe. Scope and fee are agreed before any work begins.
