Before you submit
An anonymised description is enough to begin if the matter is sensitive. Please include the sector, geography, preferred module, timing and the decision the output needs to support.
No engagement begins until scope, deliverables, timing and terms are confirmed.
What happens after submission
Your request is reviewed for scope, urgency, confidentiality and fit with one of Invenio’s defined modules. Where suitable, you receive a proposed scope covering expected output, required inputs, turnaround, limitations and next steps.
Sensitive mandates
Please do not submit highly sensitive, non-public or legally restricted information through this form unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements are already in place. For sensitive matters, an anonymised description or an NDA-first workflow may be more appropriate.
